WATER:  

Dehydration can cause dizziness, and adequate water is better for your skin than any amount of skin creams.

​

SUNLIGHT:

Sunlight goes into the pupils of your eyes, is broken into tiny pieces, then goes along two pathways - one for vision and the other to hydrate all body functions.

We must have sunlight just as plants do, who turn toward the sun to drink it in.  Protect your skin, but get sunlight - even indirect sunlight is better than nothing.
